It is very rare that you get customer service like this. Everyone there has been awesome especially Andrew and Ryan. Andrew researched a product for my sons vehicle and then contacted me to get exactly what I needed. Also they have the best prices hands down. Do not buy electronics anywhere else, you will not beat their price and service.

I received a radio with a defective faceplate as a Christmas Gift. I called tech support and I spoke with Andrew. I told him that we never installed it, just removed it from the box and found it that way. This is a very hard story to believe but he went to bat for me. About an hour later he called me and said send the radio back that they would do a full return and send me another one free of charge. Many other companies would have denied the claim immediately and I would have been stuck with a defective system. This company went to bat for me and did the right thing, THANK YOU SONIC ELECTRONIX!
