I've been surprised and impressed by my dealings with SonicElectronix, and all in a good way. I called them to get some advice on purchasing new front speakers for a 2007 Ford E350. This was a relatively inexpensive purchase, yet I was treated so well by the sales person. They spent a lot of time with me to help find the best and most cost effective solution. Unfortunately, there ended up being a fit problem with the speakers (no one's fault). I called customer service and they helped find another solution and arrange for shipment back of the items I no longer needed. Finally, their shipping is incredibly fast. I knew they had great prices but I never expected their service to be this good. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks.

When I went to Sonic Electronix website, was able to compare several GPS/multimedia dash mounted units. They had the latest releases and all at great prices. I ordered on Friday and it was here the next Tuesday. I was able to install in one day in my motor home including XM radio and antenna. Now I am trying to learn how to use it!!

You just can't go wrong with Sonic Electronix. I have bought numerous products from them, and will continue to do so. I live in southern California so I can expect my items quick, most of the time the next day. The prices can't be beat and they have a wide product line to choose from. It's a win win!!

I recently ordered two subwoofers that i wasn't happy with. When i returned them it was passed 30 days so they were going to send them back. When i called up a man, a descended of God, an angel, named Andrew (Ext:2633) answered the phone and helped me out. He wouldn't stop until i was satisfied. He worked day and night to help me. Anytime i called he answered. One day my phone rang a number popped up i could not identify when i answered i heard the most beautiful voice say "Hey Dylan, it's Andrew from...", Then he started telling me how i got a refund and he helped me order new subwoofers giving me his knowledge and advice. Andrew is a beast.
