Very happy with my purchase, I received my head unit in 3 days in great condition. It was such a good deal and the headunit itself has greatly improved the sound quality in my stock factory speakers, will do buisiness again with Sonic in the future.

I haven't tested the new sound system for my car yet but I can't believe how fast it arrived! Everything is perfect so far and I am extremely satisfied and definitely coming back when I need more. The use of packing peanuts was plentiful and packaged intelligently. Plus the free headphones were purple, and even though I'm a guy I love purple! Thanks Sonic!

I had quiet possibly the best customer service I have ever received over the phone with Ron ex 2509. From the first second he answered my call, his tone was friendly and that of someone who wanted to help. I received a great price and even though I could have bought my item for a couple dollars cheaper elsewhere, I decided to call Ron back because compared with the other company I called he went the extra mile and put me in a great mood. To my surprise when I called back he even beat the price of the competitors!! Thank you again and I look forward to being a returning customer with your company. It is a rarity that you find awesome customer service like his nowadays!!

I did some quick shopping for a new head unit for my girlfriend's birthday, and emailed Sonic Electronix to confirm that the head unit would work with Pandora and her HTC phone. They let me know that it wasn't the right receiver to work with her phone, AND they were able to suggest a receiver that did everything I need, AND saved me enough money, that I added a nice Viper remote start/alarm/keyless entry system to my order. Not to mention their customer service was FAST. They answered all my emails fast, and helped me with everything I needed for an easy shopping experience, which is great for someone like me who isn't up to date with the newest technologies.

I'm definitely coming back to buy from them again for all my electronics needs. Thank you all again so much.
