Ordered a CD player, and was having it shipped to my office rather than my apartment. Let's just say, my office address is not the most user friendly address around. UPS and the US Postal Service usually have issues with verifying the address. Leanne got in contact with me shortly after my order was placed to verify both that I was shipping to a different address than the billing address, and also took the time to make sure that my excessively confusing mailing address was squared away to get my shipment out as soon as possible. Great Service!

I first found Sonic Electronix on Google. First I bought speakers for the dash of my 86 cutlass and I wasnt sure what size they were and they said they would fit and I had no problems. Shipping was fast and the price was great. I came back for an amp kit and it was here in 2 days and hits alot harder then the old wiring. I recommend this site anytime anyone asks me about any audio and I'll be doing more business with them as I upgrade my system. I dont even shop around eBay and Google anymore, just straight to this site.

I'm very impressed with Sonic Electronix. Half my order came from a competitor website that beat their price by about 2%, the other was from Sonic Electronix. My order from SE was shipped about a week before, and the order was 100% correct. I can't say the same about their competitor. I have now made 4 calls to the other website... I wish I would have just ordered everything from SE.

Had the fortunate opportunity to get Amanda on the phone today to straighten out an order. I called to cancel the order, but her friendly attitude and ability to find replacement items, and arrange shipping so that I could still get my order in a timely manner made me very happy. SONIC has the best prices, and fast shipping. This was my second purchase. This time I got new Front & Rear speakers for my truck. I installed them the day they arrived and they sound great. No need to ever go anywhere else looking for equiptment.
