When I decided it was time for me upgrade the Bose 9 speaker sound system in my 04'Mazda RX8, I spent many hours scouring the internet, searching for what I believed would be the best place to purchase the car audio equipment I needed for my cherished Mazda RX8. I needed the lowest prices, widest selection, and the best customer support I could find since I am a "car audio for dummies" kind of guy. Lucky for me Sonic had all this and much more.
Among the many car/home audio websites across the internet, I found myself continuing to return to the Sonic Electronix website (a great website it is too). Their combination of a huge selection of car audio equipment along with unbelievably low prices makes Sonic an awesome car audio store.
Everytime I found a component I wanted or needed as part of my audio system, Sonic was on top all the way. I am a difficult customer to work with, I'll be the first one to admit that for sure. I am slow, methodical in making decisions, I ask a ton of questions, do exchanges and really try the patience of sales people unintentionally of course. As someone who knows very little about the latest & greatest car audio equipment. I depended on Sonic to learn so much through this experience about the various components such as what can and cannot go with another component, compatiblity and so much more my brain hurt. I purchased items that had to be returned for one reason or another. Sonic's professional staff never gave up on me.

I chose Sonic Electronix for the best price, reputation and they are a certified Infinity dealer that can provide warranty support. Excellent shipping service with OnTrac, they made the effort for a 2nd delivery on the same day to get me my package before the weekend. I bet you guys are very busy. I'm sure with a company as good as yours you should be. When I put two 10's & two 12's in my Impala people told me the same thing, that they would cancel each other out. Maby true if you're trying to get the same result out of both. However I'm running the 10 in a small sealed box for the drum, guitar, and vocal notes in the country and rock & roll I listen to. Where as the 12 will be in a large ported box for the hip hop and R&B. These have two drastically different purposes. Never the less your email was looking out for my better interest, in my life I have never heard of a company suggest spending less money to ensure coustemer satisfaction. If this is read by anyone who is thinking of doing business with Sonic Electronix, I can tell you first hand you can't go wrong with these people. Tech support is top-notch!!!! Be patient if you want a good thought out answer to your questions!!!
After a few days of messaging back and forth with an individual, Ryan M. took over my ticket and looked into my problem and found the cause on Sonic's side. I asked a few questions on how they could alleviate the problem and he quickly replied with clear answers and solutions. I chose the option best for me. Ryan's support will keep me a customer.
After dealing with a competitor on arranging a decent size order of marine audio and getting the run around for 2 days, I called SonicElectronix. Not only are they on top of their stuff, they are very knowledgable. Their customer service is outstanding and I am very happy that I decided to give them a shot. I will never be ordering another piece of electronic equipment anywhere else. You guys ROCK!
