I recently ordered a pair of JL audio C5-570 component woofers and both speakers were damaged in shipping, Enrique Serrano was very helpful and informed me that there was only one C5-570cw replacement speaker in stock and JL would not have more until next April, I couldn't wait another 5 months so we opted to get the Image Dynamics X57 and refunded the balance back to my Paypal account, it was all very painless and he added 2 day shipping so I would get replacement speakers quicker, I am disappointed that I was not able to use the speakers I had originally planned but I'm sure that notion will fade quickly once I get the X57's hooked up and pumping out the low notes :)

I purchased a Kenwood Car Stereo with GPS thru Amazon but supplied by Sonic. The unit had intermittent problems about a month after it was installed. Our local installation shop did extensive testing and troubleshooting to determine the problem was the Kenwood. I called Customer Service last Thursday, they listened to me and assured me they would take care of the problem. They gave me an RA number. I sent the item UPS on Friday. They e-mailed on Tuesday saying they had determined the unit was bad and they gave me the full price of $849.99 store credit! I order a new one on Wednesday and it was at more door on Thursday!! Had it installed on Friday. How's that for turnaround. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely buy from Sonic again. I highly recommend them.
