Return policy is good. Purchased defective subwoofer and exchange was done in a week. Only bad thing was I had to pay to send defective subwoofer back.

Great purchace, communication and sales staff. Everything came in together and on time. I love dealing with sonic. Great products at great prices. Only thing I would change, is have a will call, where local buyers can pick up instead of shipping. Seems crazy that I live in the same city that the companies warehouse is, and they still ship it.
