Great customer service and fast shipping. Package arrived on time and was well package.

I ordered a pair of NVX XPT 100 Headphones. Although they sounded great the 1.3 meter cable was bad. A very common problem, as I found out on Reddit. The longer 3 meter cable worked fine.
I know it would be a pain to send the bad cable back and was very surprised when the warranty team member offered me a $5 refund. Great service and I will be buying from Sonic again.

i searched for a sub box for my l7 15 inch sub through other sites who said the box would be backordered for a week maybe. i waited a month and a half with no help from the company. i then switched my order to sonic electronixs for the exact same item and it was here in 4 day.

Great so far my amp and fans came in very quickly and just as described. The amp works perfect haven't had a chance to test the fans but I will order more in the future
