Best "bang" for your buck

Product is good quality for the price would purchase More if I ever wanted more sound mine is perfect not too loud sounds real good inside and not loud outside a vehicle for advertising you have music in your ride.

The little subs that could

Installed 2 of these in a custom ported enclosure in an '07 Civic driven by a Boss R1100M. The enclosure is 2 cubic feet tuned to 38 Hz.

Wow! These guys hit ridiculously hard for cheap 10s. They play loud, have great excursion and play lower than I expected. These little guys sound better than subs I've spent 4 times as much money on in the past.

My only concern is that they will blow out in relatively short order but only time will tell.

I will definitely buy Boss again in the future for budget builds.

I had a very bad experience with Boss in the past. I never thought I would try them again but after reading reviews I gave them a second try. I regret waiting so long! So good I bought a second. If you're doing a budget build this is your perfect sub.

Great bass and sound for the money

Ok so I'm not a huge boss audio fan never have been. I've been installing car audio for about 15 yrs and I knw a thing or two. To my surprise these subs have a really good sound to them. Good bass and honestly good sound quality. We put one in a 1.5 cu ft ported box @ about 38hz and it sound REALLY good but do not give this sub more than 150 watts in a ported box. As far as sealed goes we put two of these in .75 cu ft each with polly fill on about 200 watts and they still sound very good. Clean and crisp bass. I know it says 400 rms per sub but do not give these any more than 200 clean watts in a sealed box. trust me that's all the power they need. Giving durability a 5 because we've used one in our shop for almost a yr every day (opened 7 days a wk) and its still going strong and for the $$$ it deserves 5 stars.
