Power TM400X2ad - 400 Watt Class-AD Ultra-compact 2-Channel Amplifier

The Power TM400X2ad 400 Watt 2-channel ultra-compact 4/2 Ohm muti-impedance Constant Power amplifier is built on Rockford Fosgate’s successful launch of the Mobile audio version of the Power Series amplifiers. Due to their flexibility, small footprint and high-end performance they were being used for motorcycles, UTVs and boat systems. Because of this, Rockford Fosgate engineers set out to create a version that was geared more toward a life in the elements - in comes the Element Ready series of Power amplifiers. The TM400X2ad is loaded with Rockford Fosgate's constant power technology that will produce the same output at both 4-Ohm and 2-Ohm impedances. The amplifier features very flexible vehicle integration through low-level and high-level inputs with auto turn-on. Top mounted controls allow easy access to built-in crossover and C.L.E.A.N. input/output clip detection circuits. The 3-stage thermal lock extrusion with dual fan forced induction keeps everything cool while real-time thermal/protection schemes safeguard the amplifier. In addition, a brushed aluminum chassis with UV inhibitors added to the finish and a Marine grade two-part epoxy coating on the circuit boards ensures that you will continue enjoying your system while enduring even the most extreme of elements.

Extruded aluminum with UV inhibitors and 4 layer 2oz copper circuit board with 2-part epoxy coating are used for their UV radiation resistance and moisture protection. Rockford Fosgate moto-marine amplifiers not only have the capabilities you expect a Rockford amp to have, but they have been designed to stand up to the environmental conditions you are likely to subject them to. Whether out on the water, on the mud or in the back roads these amplifiers are designed to perform through Dust, UV, Corrosion and whatever beating you plan to subject them to.

C.L.E.A.N. Set-Up

Take the headache out of tuning and dialing in your system. Rockford Fosgate’s integrated level setting technology called CLEAN (Calibrated Level Eliminates Audible Noise), utilize simple LED indicators to identify both signal clipping from the audio source and the output level clipping to the speakers. This precise level set-up eliminates speaker damaging distortion by making sure that the system is passing through a safe clean signal. No more fumbling with meters, formulas and crunching numbers, dial in your system to the proper calibrations with ease.

Best sounding small compact amp with the power that it says it is unlike others that claim they have! I've got 3 ad amps now in my RZR running 2-12" 2-10" 6-6.5" everything is Rockford Fosgate and sounds unreal I have so many compliments from my sound system! I will continue with this line of performance that being made from Fosgate! Thanks

Great sound from such a small amp. I have it in my Wolverine pushing 2 8"kickers...perfect match so far...only have had two weeks so not sure of longevity yet.
