Great product

I ordered 2 dynamat bulk packs for my Altima. I covered the entire trunk and door panels. Really improved the sound quality by eliminating rattles and keep the sound inside the car while keeping outside noise out. Worth the money

Necessity form any install.

This was the first time I have ever used sound dampening and I will never do another install without it. Door speakers sound so much better and no buzzing or rattles. I would do the entire interior if I could. I didn't use any special tools. Just peel and stick. Make sure you use gloves because the foil is very sharp. No smell and sticks well maybe too well to any surface. Very happy with product.

Calms Nasty TRD Exhaust Noise Great Mid Bass Responce

Bought this bulk pack off Amazon for literally half the cost of it here in San Diego. I wanted to calm the annoying drone of my exhaust and improve the sound quality in my FJ Cruiser. Applied 2 layers to the rear cargo area and rear tire wells as well as covered the inner and outer skin of the front doors. It did an excelled job overall. I noticed increased mid bass output from the front 6.5 inch speakers after applying dynamat. My $400 Boston Acoustics actually sounded like the great speakers they should. Also the 2 layers in the back of the car decrease performance exhaust noise tremendously. This stuff will cut and nick your fingers badly so I’d recommend wearing thin gloves. The rubber roller is also well worth the additional expense. I picked dynamat over the competitors because I figured I’m going to have my car for a long time and only wanted to go through the hassle of install once. Didn’t want to risk applying inferior or subpar product that broke down, smelled bad, or hard to install due to lack of malleability. Very pleased overall with results. Plus it’s made in the USA.

Anyone can do it!

This product is very easy to use. Simply measure the surface cut to size and apply the sticky back to surface and smooth out. It's that easy and makes a noticeable difference in sound attenuation.

Great Investment

This product does exactly what it states. The noise in my vehicle is way down. It has a more solid feel. Night and day difference. It feels like a totally different ride. A little pricey, but worth every penny.

Great durable product with relative ease of installation , looks good and delivers a great level of sound deadening. I used in in many areas of my boat where I removed old foam soundproofing .

Great stuff

Top quality, easy to form into tight spots, and lots of it! Did 4 doors and my cargo area in my 4Runner with one box and pretty much my whole BRZ with another.

Dynamat Extreme 36 Bulk Pack

Pros: easy to work with if temperature is 70 degrees. Kinda messy if it is over 95 as it will want to stick everything. Absolutely makes a difference in getting rid of road noise and really makes your stereo sound great

Con: This pack will not do the entire car I needed 2 full kits to do Hyundai XG350. I did 4 doors the trunk and the floor inside the car. You would need another kit if you did the headliner and the top of the trunk. The aluminum backing is very sharp so be careful. I had lots of cuts on my hands from this install
Cost is somewhat high

I would would recommend this product but if you could get someone else to install it that would be the way to go!!!!

easy to install

The product was easy to install. We only ordered one box to start, and it was not enough to cover the inside of our restoration Monte Carlo project, so we had to order another box. Seems like a quality, sturdy product. Haven't sound tested yet on the road.
