Motevo GTV-X1+ (with Navigation)

I had this unit for 4 months and had to send back cause the laser eye went out still waiting for unit to be returned to me from Motevo

Good radio for the money......

I wanted a radio that didn't stand out (almost a factory look). I debated back and forth for a couple of days between Clarion and JVC, as I was trying to stay with a brand I was familiar with. I found this one and decided to give it a try. Its got all the features in a well packaged radio and not too flashy. Works well with my iPhone 3G bluetooth whether I'm calling or playing music.

Terrible design

This unit does not have a separate volume control. Changing the volume requires either using the remote, or being in an audio screen. To change the volume while in navigation mode, you have to turn off nav to get back to an audio screen, then touch the screen in an unmarked area at the bottom to bring up a virtual sliding volume control. What a bad design. It also has very basic ipod controls, I'm not aware of any way to browse through songs, playlists, etc. Could be me, could be the stereo, could be the abysmal instructions.

just have one I installed today, I like it very much + the SONIC ELECTRONICS has Best Friendship and Best Support In Area Best Regards. My Opinion I like it.....

Money well spent.

When i purchased this device; i was in the market for Just a GPS system but none were worth spending my money on and i did not want to spend over $500. I came across sonic electronix and the price and capabilities the Motevo GTV-X1 was unbelievable I looked up the reviews on-line of the product and went head first with my order + the 3-year service plan. Shipping was free so everything came out to under 500. The product is amazing: hands-down, and far better than any of the competitors products, most other aren't even offering all the features you get with the Motevo GTV-X1+ for the price. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would deff. 110% recommend it to anyone who's in the market for a gps system, bluetooth connectivity for truly hands free driving. The features with the motevo are endless. My favorites are the 2D or 3D GPS map layout, Built-in Bluetooth, and the ability to use your SD card to play music or watch movies.
