Re-coning is the technique of removing all parts from the speaker frame and replacing with new parts. This is often necessary when you blow or burn out your speaker, it's past return, and you don't want to purchase another speaker to get your sound back. Most recone suppliers (we are not one) sell the kits in pieces, which usually requires an expert to put together, but can be DIY if you know what you're doing.
