I bought this unit mostly for the ability to use waze on it and to use a back up camera with it. Getting the waze to work can be a little tricky sometimes and you can't control it from the phone, only on the screen. it's still nice to have, especially on a long trip. If you're going to use a backup camera you better have some patients because this unit takes a really long time to boot up. So you will not be able to just get in the car and back up right away, or do anything else either. It does have a lot of cool features and seems to work pretty well other than that. It's a nice unit for the price.
