Great for the Price! 2 years still going strong!
2021 Toyota Corolla LE Sedan Update April 2023
I replaced the original box that the Infinity 1270 in came with a Skar ported box. I know recommended port is less than what the Skar box is. If you want fast and clean bass leave it like this. Putting it in Skar box doubled the bass and was even louder than the Sound Ordnance B-17 Bandpass ported set up. All this time it is still being powered by a Belva BB200ABv2.
Bought July 2021
Just bought a Sound Ordnance B-17 Bandpass from Crutchfield last month and sold it a week after install. I personally like this infinity more, it does have less bass and shaking of the car compared to the B-17 Sub but the sound is a lot cleaner. Bandpass and ported boxes give you more of the car shaking experience with rap and EDM but if switch over to rock and other music it sounds horrible. If want that bass the car is messing and without the need to shake the car next to you the Infinity Primus is the sub. It has enough bass to actually enjoy the music and I definitely recommend the 1270B for someone looking for clean bass!

having not had a system in a car for over ten years, I was skeptical about getting this single smaller loaded box. having only experience with a pair of twelve inch Rockford punch's back in the day (1999-2008 I was really surprised with the sound I have with this single sub. it's loud, crisp and hits hard. the box is well crafted and looks really good. I paired this with the alpine S-A60M. they work perfectly together. with the price I got this for I'd say it's a best buy. very happy with my purchase. very budget friendly.

The Infinity PRIMUS 1270B pre-enclosed subwoofer is definitely a budget-friendly choice if you are looking for some loud bass at a friendly price. I am currently running mine off of a Pioneer GM-A5702 in bridged mode, and I can tell you that It hits hard. I would most certainly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their bass.

Great looking sounded pretty pretty good but didn't last as long as your not beating it up for a long period of time really like the way it looked.....

This thing has quite the punch. Bought it as a bass package with the alpine mrv-m500 amp. Well worth the money.

Ordered 2 to run in parallel at 2ohms off an alpine mrv series monoblock. Between the clean power of the amp and these great subs, the sound is IMPRESSIVE! Clean deep and consistent across the frequency band. Easy loud solid bass!! Would definitely recommend. These do drastically change based on the amp. With an old class ab kicker they didn't sound nearly as good as off this mrv alpine!

Got em wired with the Belva bv 2000w amp and they beat very clean and loud. 3 fit perfectly although I had to move the back seat forward about 2" to allow expansion of the speaker. Must say though I'm very satisfied with them. They are a bargain!

I was not expecting too much from a "value" line in a small box, but I was impressed. I'm beyond my bass head years and wanted to get fuller sound in my dodge charger without losing my trunk completely. It's paired with an alpine class d 300rms mono amp with the gain about 75%. It handles jazz, hip hop, rock and more very well. It shakes the car, but won't wake your neighbors. I like the responsiveness on rock and jazz and it performs well rap with deeper long bass notes. I highly recommend, Infinity did a great job with this set up. It's not going to win spl competitions, but it sounds great if you're looking for quality sound for your car.

This sleek looking box fits perfectly in behind the 3rd row seat. I paired it with an Alpine S- A60. The output is loud and clean. Big sound with small budget. Strongly recommend!
