The dispersion has been optimized for off-axis listening. The SPP-M cone (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica) ensuring superior acoustic and damping characteristics.

Great sound and well built... rather tall though
Sound is neutral to bright... overall very nice and surprising bass from such a small speakers. Just be carefully about the height clearance you have. The adjustable tweeter does stick out a fair bit when rotated.
