love their sound signature
I've had several versions of the kappa 4x6s since my first pair in 1998 as it's the easiest way to get a 4 inch midrange and separate tweeter in a 4x6 mounting hole found in many GM vehicles and have always loved how they sound but Infinity has taken these 463xf to the next level with a silk dome tweeter that plays to 40000hz these by far are my favorite paired with the kappa 6.5 3 way components that go to 40000hz with the nvx a/b 4 channel amp that goes to 50000hz and 2 kappa 12s in a sealed box running off a nvx mono amp makes the sweetest sound a Sq system and Sq bass head could have.

found this helpful.Loud and clear!!!!
I only purchased one pair for the dash speakers on my 94 c1500 since they went out awhile ago and these speakers are 10x better than the OEM speakers. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for loudness and clearness. This was also on my original stereo from the factory and can only imagine how much better these would sound if I had a aftermarket stereo!!!! I will be buying the same pair for my rear speakers. My only issues were the speaker not fitting in properly so I had to grab a flat head and kinda shove it in there.
