Lots of clean power in a small foot print and a great price
The sound is cleaner on the same subs than my previous amp and im very happy with the amount of clean distortion free power. It's great that it has no fan so there isn't any noise with it running. A couple things to consider are that the RCA input is mono, so you will either need a Y adapter or a cable that goes from 2 to 1 male rca. Also there are no blade fuses on the amp so make sure to have the right size fuse or circuit breaker both near the battery connection and the amp power input. The manual doesn't specify a fuse size so I just used logic and divided the rms power for the ohm load I'm wired to by 10; so since I'm at 2000w at 2ohms i used 200A breakers. Other than those small accommodations the amp has great SQ and power. Variable subsonic filter is great as well, but I left it all the way down because my LOC already has one built in. The bass knob included is a big plus over competitors that sell it separately or don't have an option for it at all. I already have an audio control LOC with a bass knob so I don't need it for the amp as well, but its a nice option for the future if I ever go with an aftermarket deck and take the LOC out of the mix. The manual says the half way point for the low pass filter is 80hz but it seems to be that it's actually the first marking- must have been a misprint there, but once I figured it out and tuned it by ear to just below the first marking it was perfect. Probably about 70hz or so and the bass is clean and fairly linear from the low lows all the way up to the low pass point even with the peak of my 33hz tuned ported enclosures. I'm very happy with the price point and purchase and I hope this amp lasts a long time. It feels sturdy and nothing about it feels cheap, despite the great price.

Upgraded my sub amp to this, and all I can say this has all the power that I need. I have one nvx 10" 900rms sub hooked up to it for now.

I have this installed pushing two 8” NVX VCW84v3 wired up to a 4ohm impedance so I’m pushing these subs below the 650watt RMS rating for sq purposes and at 4ohm for powerefficiency (stock alternator) and control (ported box) and this plays so so so clean, I was originally going to go with Skar amp but went with this for the better S/N. and have no regrets whatsoever. These x series amps if you compare have very high ratings and scale well from 4ohm to 1 ohm. something I would have had to go much higher on price to reach. And gives me the option to buy two more subs and put them in a sealed box @ 2ohms in the future.

These subs are priced substantially lower those of comparable competitors . Usually you lose quality when you save money . But not with these NVX subs. They are built of high quality, and the sound is amazing when powered properly in the suggested box. I will only buy NVX going forward.
