The product is brand new with only the packaging not being in perfect condition. This occurs sometimes because our warehouse teared the box or it was slightly damaged during shipment to our warehouse.

This works great. JL tried and true, I have this single JL Audio 10W1v3-2
2 ohm sub paired with this amp in a 2023 F150 Raptor with the factory head unit. What a difference.
