This dual 10" enclosure is CNC-cut for 2002–2018 Ram Quad and Crew Cabs. Its down-firing design fits perfectly under the rear seat, utilizing 1.2 cu. ft. of optimized airspace that universal boxes can't provide without blocking floor space.

I placed the box in position, but it feels loose. How do I secure it?

Check for interference with the factory floor mats or storage dividers. To ensure a rock-solid fit, apply NVX SDRLR20 sound deadening to the floor. This provides a high-grip surface and prevents the enclosure from sliding during acceleration.

I’m hearing a whistling or air-leak sound after installing my subwoofer. What could cause this?

Whistling usually indicates a poor seal at the sub-mounting flange or terminal cup. Use NVX SBP10 gasket foam tape to create an airtight bond between the woofer and the 3/4" MDF baffle, which is vital for this sealed enclosure's performance.

I installed everything but there is no sound from the subwoofer. What should I check?

Inspect the internal binding post connections. If your amp is on but silent, the factory Ram head unit may need a high-quality line output converter like the NVX XPLOC2 to provide a clean, usable signal from the factory wiring.

The enclosure fits the space, but my trunk floor panel doesn’t close. What should I do?

In the Ram, ensure the rear bench seat is fully clicked into the locked position. If it won't latch, your subs may exceed the 5.5" mounting depth. Use shallow-mount drivers like the NVX NSW104v2 to ensure the seat frame clears the surround.

My subwoofer is working, but the bass sounds weak or hollow. How can I improve it?

Weak bass often results from phase cancellation in dual setups; swap the (+) and (-) wires on one sub. Also, adding Polyfil inside the chambers simulates a larger box volume, resulting in a deeper, smoother low-end response.

Is there a pre-loaded version of this custom-fit enclosure available to make installation easier?
