Amazing set of speakers! Super thrilled
I am really glad that I went by materials and specifications when I decided to go with these because I couldn't find any reviews. I compared these up against Focal and Infinity Kappa sets and they stacked up nicely with the cone and tweeters, power and efficiency. I am left with my jaw-dropped and cannot wait to try a few other products from NVX now. I'll try to upload pics this weekend.

I have listened to some of the songs of my life for 30+ years from the likes of CCR, Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood and Springsteen and these speakers have set a new benchmark for me. The clarity is unmatched and I have enjoyed the likes of Focal, Kappas, and old school MB Quart and these speakers really gave me a new found appreciation for car speakers and the value play. No disrespect to NVX, but I figured I was buying nice "parts" (tweeter had nice specs, good power handling, blah blah) so I figured it was a good value. The overall final product though is ridiculous. The balance, tonality and clarity seriously are amazing. Thank you!

These speakers are amazing at this price point. I put it on a 2009 Toyota Venza on a stock radio non JBL and it sounds great. Good highs and great bass. Can't wait to install my double din pioneer radio to get more out of them. Of course on the stock radio volume is not as high, but they do sound great for what it is right now. Reliable. Can't say yet, just installed them, so day one. But I'm sure they will last a long time.

Have these installed on the rear doors of my f150.
I have them paired to a set of the NVX XSP652 in the front doors and am pushing them with an NVX XAD41 amp getting signal from my Sony XAV-AX6000 head unit off the 5v RCA pre amp outputs.
These match perfectly to the XSP65KIT in the front to the point where, if I didn’t have a factory tweeter location on the A-pillars.
These play very loud and very clear provided you are doing what you can to keep noise down(low gain settings, aftermarket radio with high voltage preamps, keeping head unit volume below 80% and amp gain lowish). I’m pushing probably 50-60 watts to them with my current gain settings and they play perfectly clean to the point you don’t realize how loud they are until your ears start hurting.
The tweeters were pretty well balanced, but I turned down the top frequencies in my head unit eq two clicks to be less harsh at higher volumes(personal taste).
These have excellent bass for 6.5 inch speakers but are still 6.5 inch speakers.I installed 50mil sound deadening to the inside door skin and the to the outside behind my door panels to about 80 percent coverage and sealed all hole on door panels, then installed NVX XBAF65 baffles to seal so it’s not that.
I wish they made the 6x9 version of these in a component set, but alas they don’t. But I would recommend you look into the 6x9 if you or your installer feels comfortable modifying the doors if needed. They are adequate for most music by themselves but I still recommend getting a subwoofer to fill in that lower range.
I have my HPF on my head unit set to 50hz with a -36db slope and my amps set to full bypassing it’s hpf/lpf and that seems like a good place to start tuning with these. I didn’t feel like I lost any bass but did see a volume increase from them not wasting energy trying to play those frequencies you have different ears than me so YMMV
Be aware that these do not include any mounting screws and will not fit any standard 5x7/6x8 to 6.5 inch adapter bracket, they have an over sized basket and the mounting holes for the speakers will not line up with those adapter plates and the speaker stops 2 inches shy of flush because the center hole is not big enough, these baskets are too large to alter the brackets. I had to fab my own with some cheap plastic cutting boards, drill bits, and a oscillating multi tool.

These coaxials sound very good and the price was very nice, however installation was a little complicated because the basket at its widest point was a little too big to fit the opening of my particular back doors. I had to make trial and error spacers that in the end kid of fit. Other than that it sounds great, so far very durable and keeps up with my Blaupunkt's of the same size in the front doors. Overall, I would recommend these 6.5's any day of the week.

I wanted some Focal speakers but they were super expensive. I found these nvx carbon fiber ones and decided to give them a go. I was impressed by the packaging but more impressed by the sound. I will for sure be trying out some other nvx stuff in the future

People have been putting these on motorcycles and they are fair for bass in a saddle bag and the price isn't bad either. Definitely recommend these.

I bought two pairs of these for my 2022 Ram 2500 with the base audio system. The site shows that they don't fit in the front doors, but they did. I put a layer of foam between the speaker and the plastic door mount and with a little coaxing of the factory screws they fit just fine. I have not installed my amplifiers yet, but on factory radio power the clarity of these speakers still comes through! They are very well built, and if the rated power handling is correct they should sound terrific once they get ~125 watts to them through my Fosgate T400-4. The low end on factory power is lacking, but with the LC7i we are installing that should be resolved. I will update my review once we get some real power to them in a couple of weeks!
