Soundstream DTR1.900 = VERY Good Amp...
I purchased this amp for my Soundstream T5-12 in efforts to supply my sub with all the power it needs. Lets just say it's got power! The DTR1.900 produces 1800 watts max and an exceptional 900rms of TRUE power, unlike most amps, that claim to put out at least a third more than they actually do. Since this amp is mono it keeps cool, although I have had problems with overheating on very hot days but that was fixed by moving it into the cab of my car. This amp comes with a bass boost knob, which is a nice way to add db's at different frequencies. The overall look of this amp is magnificent and a lot smaller than I originally assumed. I took a chance with this amp and not for a second has it let me down. Soundstream is my now my favorite brand. True quality for less. Go with Soundstream and prepare to be satisfied with your purchase!
