planet audio ap2000d true to its specs
This amp does what it states, not like their newer stuff like the anarchy line which resembles a boss audio amp claiming 12000 watts and pumping out 200 watts.
calulation for watts is amperage x volts=watts. this amp has 4 35 amp fuses coming in at 140 amps before fuses blow. so roughly a calulation of around 140 amps times 13.5 volts(ideal)= app. 1890 watts @ 13.5 volts. most companies rate their amps @ around 14.5 volts coming in at 2030 watts.
great amp for the money. try to match it toa rockford or kicker and you will pay twice as much easily.
