For years JL Audio has produced subwoofers with highly accurate, tight and clean bass reproduction. For many years more JL will continue its legacy of hard hitting bass and the WX series is no exception. These woofers work great in smaller more compact enclosures which saves trunk space and gives that bass we have grown to love. This woofer utilizes elevated frame cooling techniques to deliver cold air above the top plate of the voice coil helping to resist breakdown in extreme situations. A polypropylene cone has been used for durability and a foam surround provides exceptional excursion for a woofer of this size. Proprietary Dynamic Motor Analysis (DMA) modeling gives a highly accurate computer reproduction of the woofers physical behavior. This helps JL Audio engineers analyze the distortion mechanisms of the speakers and make adjustments to improve loudspeaker behavior. For reduced distortion, improved performance and stellar sound quality the WX series woofers have it made!

i bought one 10in cuz they were good on my wallet and was highly surprised at its output.. it out hit a 12 in Memphis then outhit 2 12in alpine i jus purchased a 2nd one to install and easy to install

I managed to fit three of these in a single cab truck and i can say they hitt very hard. I do recommend these they are a great starter/entry level sub.
Pros: very hard tight hitting bass and clean sound

JL....
I love those subs. i have two in a truck box under my set and the pound. and im only pushin them with a 600 watt boss amp. so if u want a sub that u can hear comein down the street and dont require a lot of power i would get JLs hands down.

Nice good sound quality
I have a pair of these subs. They are great for sound quality. Your not gonna flex the roof of your car or turn heads with these subs. But they sound good on mids. The lows dont really pick up. I bought a set of used ones for $30 for both subs. They are definitely worth that. But jl audio is way too expensive for what you get. You can get the same quality from mtx and kicker. And they are half the price as jl audio. For example- you can get two kicker cvr 12" subs for less than 2 of these 10's. And they sound way better. However, higher end jl audio sounds great. Not sonics fault that jl audio is so expensive, Sonic is the cheapest you will find car audio. Even on jl audio. And they have great service and fast shipping.
