Hey, it works!
Great product for the money. Hooks up easy and the gains are easily adjustable with the included plastic utensil. Worth the money for the easy hookups. I did not however understand the gain switching. Probobly just not the best at electronics. But everything sounds great and hooks in easily

Worked as Needed
Used this to hook up a subwoofer in my Mazda 3 stock stereo. Worked just as described and has not distorted any sound (that I know of from a subwoofer). Overall nice product.

It Works. But it arrived broken and can't push low range audio.
Good news. It worked. Now for the bad. I read reviews that the adjuster knob broke after a few uses. My left channel came broken, so I had no way to adjust it. When i installed it the left channel clearly was lower than the right. The other issue is that it seems like it can't push low audio. (I will need to verify this with another LOC, but I have read plenty of forums where people used other LOCs and the same system my car has and they were fine). I had my sub low-pass set at 100Hz when using RCA cables and at 100Hz using the LOC I heard almost no audio. When I turned the low pass to 130-140 Hz, it seemed like all of the bass was coming through just slightly higher than it should.

Scosche LOC 80 Review Awsome
I drive a 2006 hyundai sonata. used the LOC after my stock head unit and its running to a 1200 watt pioneer bumpiin a 12" alpine DVC , Product works greaat. everything sounds clean and i would purchase this product again and again. If you wanna keep your stock look and add a sub. this is the product.

LOC-80 Used With Guitar Amp
A band mate installed this unit into my amp to have a line out to a PA mixer. I am rather low-tech, but he tapped into the amplified signal at the speaker, and then a cable takes the line out signal from the Scosche to the mixing board. Velcro holds the LOC-80 onto the inner wall of the amp. Has been working fine for two years, guitar sound emits from both amp and PA speakers. Seems rather fragile, but if protected will last. Just bought another one for another amp, so I guess I am recommending it!

great
Works the way it should and installs easily. I would buy this over more expensive options.

Works great
This converter was just what i needed to complete my system. I thought I was going to have to invest in a whole new head unit, (mine did not have any rca outputs) until i found this handy little guy. Ive had it for about 6 months now and have had no problems.
