Great price to value ratio

This box is large and heavy. Wall thickness is good and resonance is low when applying the "knuckle knock" to it. Quality is important and this box has it. Good carpet, sealed in all corners, and the holes fit Infinity subs perfectly. I expect a lifetime of use from this box since it will actually be used in my home.

Fits excellent in the trunk of an 8th gen civic. perfect for pioneer champion series subs. its heavy but that means it is constructed very good. i would recommend this box to anyone

Nicely made dual sub enclosure

Purchased this dual 12" sealed enclosure to use with two Infinity reference 1260W subs. This is a large (for a car) enclosure but that's what I was looking for. I added two 1-1/2" dia x 9" ports to each chamber giving approximately 25 Hz tuning for each chamber. The Infinity 1260W's work real well with this setup. The enclosure is nicely finished and the Infinitys dropped right in. Added a couple of grilles to protect the drivers, mounted the amp to the backside, and presto - great bass ! I have no rattles from the enclosures, and though it is quite wide, it does fit into my 300's trunk nicely, and I still have room left for hauling things. For the price with the free shipping, you can't beat this enclosure. Highly recommended!

I purchased this box for 2 new Lanzar subs, feed by kicker ix1000.1. Holy crap, its loud. Windows in car literally shake & extend to seal limits. I'm very impressed with this box thus far that I'm considering buying another one very soon, for my other vehicles. Worth every penny. A++++ product, highly recommend to anyone whom has the space/room for this box.

DIY subwoofer for home theater.

I wanted a great sounding subwoofer for my home theater setup but I was never pleased with anything that I saw in the stores so I decided to go the DIY route. At first I was going to have a cabinet maker build me a box but when I found out how much that was going to cost I decided to just use a car/van box and save the extra cash to get a good amplifier.

The 2SL12-2.7 (Black) is well made and has worked perfectly with a pair of Peerless 830952 for three years now. The recessed ends add strength to the box and make it easy to move. The money I saved by buying a 2SL12-2.7 from Sonic Electronix.com got me a B&K ST-2140 amplifier on eBay. I also added a set of carpet casters from H*** D***** to make it easy to move around and help with decoupling. I only wish there was an option to get the box terminals on the back instead of the sides.
