SST One Mile Range
Range is important, and Viper is proud to offer the longest range remotes in our history - up to a full mile using Digital Spread Spectrum Technology (SST). SST uses digital frequency hopping and multiple frequency transmission to assure that, if a frequency is blocked, the signal still goes through.

Awesome 2-way remote
Delivery was fast! However, the first unit arrived DOA. Plugged it in for several hours and never took the charge. Contacted customer service and they were great, receiving easy return authorization. ( Bummer I had to pay for shipping) Purchased another one, while the other was sent back for a refund.
New unit came and worked perfectly. Easily pairing my alarm, replacing the old style Python 7752P remote. Alarm was not previously fully functional, some functions had stopped working, but somehow pairing the new remote fixed it all. Great Product! And even better price!
I like the new soft grip feel of the remote. Hopefully the battery last a long time the case stands up to the test of time.

Ehhh.. Idk..
Well I received the python remote about six months ago. Had to order a new one because I jumped in to a pool with the original. The remote I ordered worked just as good if not better than the one that came with the system. But now.. I can still change LCD colors, time, sensitivity, etc. It even alarms me when the batter is going dead. But won't let me know when my truck is locked, has been started, Interior temp, ect. These problems are not Sonic's fault.
