Great SQ Amp

Just got this amp installed. performs great Paired with My IDMAX 12" D2 @ 1 OHM. I usually have Two Subs In the Trunk but decided to run just one with a sealed box. Without a doubt this set up is more powerful than my last. This amp gets really hot because it has only two heat fins. Can not run this amp with my seats up. the wiring is 100% NVX OFC 4G wire with tight connections and a 1F Capacitor. Durability rated at 3 stars due to this overheating issue maybe would be two stars if this amp fails on me soon. I love the Power and Grace idea that Image dynamics stands by but the thermal design is killing this amp. I don't know if I would buy this amp again. I'll try setting up a forced cooling solution for the time being.

Excellent amp

This amp rocks paired with the IDQ12 it is driving. This amp has some power and I only have it turned up only halfway. Once I get around to fully tuning the system and crank it, my neighbors will probably hate me. I'm very satisfied with the quality and performance of this, now just need to add more matting to my car to kill some resonance.

Serious contender

This sub is the ultimate in performance. It gives you fat bass and serious lows down to it's Fs of 31 Hz. High quality sub, good surround, large magnet, and nicely built for producing bass notes. does not require much of a big box but you'll be surprised with the output that you get from this sub.

Wow is this a ten, dam i have had some sub's in the pass but this little guy isn't so little in sound. My friend thought i had 2 12s and i said nope your wrong. Just remember the right tuning, a good clean amp, with low THD makes a world of a difference.

Killer Subs!

These are fantastic subs. I have two in separate boxes hooked to a Polk 5 channel amp with 500 watts going to them at 2 ohms. They are tight and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a sub.

SICK A** SUBS!!!

I replaced my two rockford fosgate 12" p1 subs with these and these out bumped them by allot!!! clean hard hitting bass!! have them running on a jensen 900 watt mono amp and these subs hit hard!!!! GREAT BUY!!!

Thunder

The JBL 10 inch woofers hit like thunder. It would be difficult to find a speaker with the power handling and SPL at this price. Highly recommended!

ID Q600.1

Paid 150 for this bad boy. Had for 4 months strong before I decided to send a 5 hz sine wave throw it and blew it. None of the fuses even went. Worked well with the sundown E12. It wasn't very punchy though... I don't have good electrical and I'm not exactly sure if that was the problem but it seemed to excel in constant notes. It would get very hot as well, which may be the dirty power's fault. Definitely did rated though. Being class AB it was very inefficient. I keep voltage just as well with my current MB Quart onx1600.1D at near full power. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're going for a system with good brand names. Can do much better at the same price and opposed to popular consensus I think my class d sounds better, but it has a lot more leeway too. It looks very classy and high quality though. Indifferent

Wide range of notes

Biggest plus is how wide and the range all jbl subs hit. Also jbl in my opinion get very loud. Not the best sub ever heard but for a budget it's not bad so this is for the everyday listener who's more on the musical side that listens to a lot of music genres
