I bought this sub/amp a week ago and it sounds great with all music. The quality is good and produces deep bass. It is not overpowering to your music and sounds good. I have it in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 on the backseat facing forward. For a small space it is fantastic. I would not recommend this for your trunk, as it would not be loud enough. The wires that come with it are useless and impractical by length. I Love my sub but i would recommend looking at the FU12TA if you have enough space and an extra hundred bucks.

GREAT SUBS
I would highly recommend this sub enclosure+amp! I just got it 2 days ago and installed with the help from my friend. Installation was very simple and it comes with all the right cables and connectors (minus an inline fuse which you'll need to buy for about $20). Overall, it's a great value if you're looking for a cheap, yet extremely quality sub system. I wanted something to add a good amount of bass in my little VW jetta but not something you can hear from down the street. I was actually pretty surprised how powerful/clean sounding the subwoofer was!! On my Kenwood stereo deck, i have yet to go past +2 on the bass level. I am very pleased with how it sounds, and it looks great. DEFINITE BUY!
