Called and spoke with John to see about getting a discount on a couple NVX subwoofers. Although he was only able to offer a discount of a few dollars, he was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I told him I needed a little time to think it over and he said no problem I will be here tomorrow. No pressure make the purchase. I really appreciate that. He sent me a follow up email after our telephone conversation and gave me his extension for any future questions. I also asked a few very specific product performance/recommendation questions and he kindly referred me to a product specialist to get the best answer. Always been happy with Sonic Electronix.
