I ordered a new c/d, receiver for my truck and had to return the player due to MY own mistake. I completely missed the harness adapter that was in the box. As a result, I ended up purchasing one unnecessarily which was more expensive. When I spoke with Sonic Electronix and explained, they advised me to return it. I repackaged, returned and within just a few days, it was refunded. They didn't have to refund this item (because I messed up)...but they did anyway- that speaks volumes to Sonic Electrinix- AWESOME customer service - above and beyond!
