This was my first time to use Sonic Electronix. I had not use online ordering much, so I was a little apprehensive. I searched a site for the best buy for a car radio, with particular radio that I wanted. One concern was "will it fit my vehicle". I was surprised that they had a place on their web page to access my particular vehicle to see what was needed. It quickly recommended what I needed. I detected that the wire harness included more than my vehicle had, so I decided to give a call to the company. I got a very well versed guy who walked me through everything I needed to ensure I got all the equipment I needed, so I then placed the order.
The order came fast and was complete as ordered. I took all the items with me to my audio installer who installed the system. Everything fit and matched up exactly as it was suppose to do. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Sonic Electronix. I recommend them highly!

Ordered on a Saturday expecting Wednesday delivery but on Monday didn't saw tracking number on my order so I send an email to check on my order and in a few minutes I got a response that they were checking on it and couple minutes later I got my tracking number and a confirmation. Sonic Electronix customer service is A+. The product I ordered was such a great deal that I couldn't believe it was true. Since I had have such good experience with them I decided to order just to see and I'm so please with the product that I want to order another (reason for not mentioning the product is so they don't sell out before I order another one). Received my product in 2 business days as promised, very fast shipping and very well packaged. The prices were great and I also received a dash kit and wiring harness for free.
