Fantastic customer service, every time!

Everything arrived quickly.Haven't got to try it out yet because it's a Christmas present, but so far I am pleased with the price,service,and the fact that they give you an installation and wiring kit for free!

WOW, I have to start with a WOW, because that is what I kept telling myself through the entire process of purchasing a new system for my daughters car...a Christmas present. I found Sonic Electronix on Ebay, but decided to actually call them, due to some technical questions. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales professional on the phone not only answered all my questions, but gave me a great deal on the system! The items were shipped quickly and since there was quite a bit they were shipped in two separate boxes.
The doorbell rang and UPS had a big box for me, I could tell from the box it was the sub. I initially thought the sub came from the manufacturer vs. their store, so I just hid it in the attic. A few days later I had not received the 2nd box, so I called to find out when it would arrive. I then found out that UPS had delivered it to QVC...what! I immediately had that sinking feeling in my gut, I was about to get screwed! Oh how wrong was I. I was treated like a long standing customer (which I was not) and told everything would work out; and work out it did. I had the replacement in a few days and Christmas was saved. I must mention the customer service representative I dealt with, Jiggy. He was fantastic throughout the entire experience and helped me the entire way. Thanks Jiggy, for saving Christmas!
Oh and by the way, the box that was delivered to QVC came back to me the same day as the replacement...double whammy for UPS.

Great service and honest eBay seller. I purchased a car stereo w/GPS from this seller and neglect to provide information for a free kits & accessory. This seller would contact me immediately requesting information in order to mail along my free kits with the shipping. I was also instructed information regarding to upgrade my navigation system. Very honest seller with warm business meaner. Would recommend & will buy from this seller again.

Recently I made a mistake on an order and before I realized they had already made the necessary changes and emailed me about the changes. Their customer service is second to none. The mistake was in their favor but rather than let it go they notified me and corrected it so that I wouldn't be dissatisfied.
