Sonic Electronix has been great in handling issues I've had on two separate occasions. First, the factory re-manufactured amp that I purchased didn't ship with all the parts included from the factory. They had the missing parts out to me in a couple of days. Then, my sub quit working unexpectedly due to what I assume was a manufacturing defect. True to their 365-day coverage promise, Sonic Electronix issued me a return authorization, I shipped the sub back to them, and they had me a new replacement in less than a week. I would highly recommend Sonic Electronix to anyone.

Kyle Ellison has always been a pleasure to do business with and I usually call him directly but his line was busy this time so I used the extension sent in the email about my order. Sonic saved me money on radio I purchased. But less price did not mean less service. I got my radio within 3 days with all needed gear to install. There customer service was great . I will defenetly look at there store first for my car electronics needs.

Ive bought one RE Audio CTX 1600.2 around May 2014 and one RE Audio ZTX 5000.1 last week Nov 2014. Both amps arrived on my door step with in a week. Shipping was one day late stated by delivery date but that is because i ordered both on a Saturday. Other than that, shipping is spot on. Awsome and friendly service when i called to buy the ZTX amp. When i need somethingelse i WILL get it from Sonics. Thanks
