I love Sonic Electronix. I came a crossed the website long ago and have never looked back at others. The prices are always more than fair, no local private owned shop can compare with prices. Normal businesses never have matching prices, so there is no reason ever to go to bestbuy or other mainstream local stores. I have been using SE for a long time now, and I have never had a bad experience! Honestly, they have a winning attitude and it shows, and they don't let it down. I thought I had an issue with the radio and called for support, they were very friendly and if I needed to send it back they sent me the return information immediately. Nothing was wrong with the radio, it was my rear speakers. I think they went of of there way to help me.

I ordered the wrong product and contacted customer service immediately and they fixed the problem without any hesitation. I asked Sonic to notify me as soon as the product I wanted was back in stock, they stated they would and thats exactly what they did. The product was shipped and arrived when they said it would. The price could not be beat anywhere, but the main reason I will shop here again is the customer service. It feels good to know that there are still some merchants were customer service is still alive. Thanks again
