Wanted to commend Jacob Merle for his outstanding approach to customer service. I thought I had a challenge with my new JVC car radio. I spoke with Jacob, he was able to assist me and when we thought the radio needed to be replaced, he initiated a return slip for me. I found out nothing was wrong, he had given me good advice.

I've purchased car audio from some other sites (not naming names here) but when I ordered from them the stuff did arive, but there was just no I guess you would say caring from the company. They just want your money and thats it. However, when I order from Sonic, I fell that you are treated like you should. They actually care about you and will help you if you need it. I will never use another website other than Sonic. Hands down the best service I've ever had.

I recently purchased a JVC CD car stereo from Sonic and it arrived very quickly and everything was just as ordered. However, the dash kit did not fit with my car and receiver. I called the support line and within 5 minutes had the new correct fit dash kit shipped at no cost.
