Excellent customer service! I found out that the item I ordered was on backorder. I was promptly notified of this fact and provided a brief apology for the wait. I greatly appreciate being informed and the company (and customer satisfaction specialist) working to ease this issue. This is one of the few times a company has actively reached out to keep me up-to-date on a purchase.

I needed speakers that would fit inside of old drive-in theator housings that would compliment the new radio that I installed in my 1974 VW Hippie bus.
