I was also given a direct phone number to call to see if I wanted to get another item similar that was in stock. I opted to take the item in stock and not only did they give me a better price for a newer product, but it was shipped right away. I received my head unit within a couple days. I have used sonic electronix several times now. I have always called and dealt with Chris (ext 2904). His customer sercice is outstanding and his knowledge about your products is nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately we hve had a couple of mishaps with defective products; however because of the distinguished customer service and willingness to fix the situation, I will continue to purchase from sonic elextronix. I also continue to tell people in the dual-county area of the great products and sercice from this site.
