Great products at the very best price. When the product I wanted was out of stock, the Customer Satisfaction Specialist contacted me and was quick to come up with an alternative solution with no price or delivery time impact. This kind of customer support is almost unheard of these days. I will definitely be back.

I have been buying products from your company for nearly three years now. I originally found your website while looking for products for my car stereo upgrade back in 2010. I have always enjoyed the product selection and pricing you receive while shopping on the Internet. Most people have to make a conscious decision to sacrifice peace of mind when buying products online in order to save money on the purchases they plan to make. This risk versus reward analysis has become ingrained in consumers brains and influences so many of their buying decisions in their everyday life. However I have found that Sonicelectronix is the first and only online store I have found that not only offers the low cost solutions most people expect from buying products online, but also provides the selection, quality, customer service and most importantly the peace of mind one expects when purchasing products from a traditional retail location. This leads me to the reason for my correspondence to you now. I wanted to express my gratitude and highlight a few things and people who have influenced me to become a very frequent and loyal customer of your company as well as a true advocate to anyone who will listen about shopping with your outfit.

I would consider myself a mobile electronics enthusiast. It is a true passion of mine. I spend hours reading and studying products and mobile electronic installations. Most of that time I spend viewing your website, reading your blogs and watching your YouTube videos. I have yet to find a more comprehensive resource for educating yourself on mobile audio. I would like to thank you and your team for the service you provide, all free of charge. Your site is truly one of a kind and I have viewed everything and every company out there. So once again I would like to say thank you. Next I would like to let you know I have been in your location at least once a week, every week since October of 2012 when I decided to upgrade my system again. I have placed many orders with you in that time. With as many orders as I have placed I expected their to be at least a few times where I needed to deal with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Due to your policies there has not been a single time where your employees did not follow your fantastic purchasing policies. I was always taken care of and I never left your location feeling unsatisfied or cheated. Your return and exchange policies are the best I've ever seen. And your open package return policy is one of a kind. Once again you should be commended on the steps you have taken to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Lastly I would like to highlight what I find to be the most important factor in what separates Sonicelectronix from its competitors, and thats the people you have working for you. In my daily life I am Sales Manager for a fortune 500 company and I spend a large chunk of my time training my salespeople and our customers on how to sell and most importantly to provide what we call "World class customer service." I like to believe that I'm able to help those people I train to become the best possible sales people and more importantly the best possible providers of great customer service. However I find it hard to believe that my results could outshine the level of customer service I have received from the handful of people I have dealt with at your location. Using will call to pickup all of my orders I have seen Earle P. and Anthony B. many times. Both Earle and Anthony have gone out of their way to form a relationship with me and taken the time to make sure my orders were always correct and handled quickly. They answered every question and resolved any issue I had to make sure I was happy every time. They are fantastic representatives of your company and I have looked forward to seeing them every time I visited. Until recently I had been a do it yourself enthusiast for my audio installations. This was the case not because of the price but rather the lack of trust I had with previous installers. However after months of working on my truck I had become extremely frustrated and Anthony suggested that I speak with Brendan H. and Allyn R. Brendan and Allyn spent a good amount of time addressing my concerns and answering my questions. Because of the great service they provided I decided to bring my truck in to have them finish the job. The results of their work solidified the customer of Sonic I have become today. The work they did was better than any I had paid for in the past. They fixed problems on my vehicle which I thought could never be resolved. They spent time making sure every aspect of my upgrade was of the utmost quality and knew how to give me the best possible results that any other shop would have cut corners to finish. Because they worked so hard I decided to purchase a whole new system and install from you on my second car. Also Allyn went above and beyond to get me the results I was looking for on my daily driver and inspired me to buy another thousand dollars worth of products from you to add to my truck. I think it should be known that the skill level and product knowledge Allyn has, has added a level of credibility to your company that has changed my views and the views of others of Sonicelectronix forever. The time he has taken to make sure I was happy and the results of his work convinced me I will never spend another dollar with any other company unless I absolutely have no other choice. In my business we say you have the option to have the best price, the best products, or the best service and skill set possible. However you can never be all three at once. Knowing the best pricing and best products you have offered have always been a staple of your business, but with the addition of people like Brendan and Allyn, you have somehow managed to offer all 3 of the organizational business strategies. Once again I thank you for adding the people and service you offer.

I apologize for the extended length of this letter. I just felt it was extremely important that I relayed all of the things your company has done to support my passion for mobile audio and the fantastic level of satisfaction I have felt for the last six months. I will continue to tell everyone I meet of the merits of SonicElectronix and will continue to buy every single thing I can from you. Thank you for taking the time to read this but most importantly thank you for creating a business that makes buying products fun again.

I have purchased products from Sonic Electronix multiple times and am pleased to share that the shipping is fast, and the prices are the lowest I've seen for the products I'm looking for. Pricing out some wiring and terminal ends for my subwoofer and amplifier setup. I would spend twice as much at other sites. Sonic Electronix is really a great company to purchase from when you're looking for top of the line gear at prices that aren't too steep. I'll be a repeat customer and would recommend anyone I know to Sonic Electronix.

Brian M was very helpful in my situation. I made a purchase & something went wrong when I tried the PayPal method & the payment didn't go through. I had to go to paypal & send the payment to Sonic but when he looked it up it didnt show up. He said he would look into it & notify me of his findings, within 2 hours I got an email saying payment was received & orde r was processing. Outstanding customer service from Sonic Electronix everytime.
