I have purchased many products over the years from sonic :electronix from car audio to audio for my home. The price and shipping always kept me coming back. But Just recently had a chance to test their customer service. A subwoofer I had suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and talked to Andrew; after a few minutes he resolved my problem. He made the return and replacement of the product a breeze; he handled everything. Thank you Andrew, I would recommend sonic electronix to anyone.

I don't know if I have been dealing with the same person during this buying experience but, whoever, you/him/they, you and your company are no doubt the most customer oriented business I have ever done business with. I have worked with a lot of internet businesses and yours it the greatest. I have already suggested to others to use you for their needs.
