I am so happy with Ron and the customer service team. He has the knowledge on what system will work for you and your needs. Both systems that I bought went into a 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado and they sound and look great, and it did not change the interior of the car, so when it will be shown in car shows the systems and car will look great and sound wonderful inside and out. Thank you again for your excellent service to your customers. I have recommended your company and you to other friends of mine who are looking for systems for their kids cars, and we have had no problems at all with either system. I'm very happy.
Highly impressed by the level of customer service I received. I was in a bind for some parts to an upcoming install and located them on Sonic Electronics website. I chose to process this small order with them due to their reliability, component stock availability and best of all their competative prices. So I sent my order in with fingers crossed that they would get it shipped by the next day. Let me remind you that this was a small $100.00 order. I received not one, but two phones calls that evening to address my concerns. One to confirm the stock availability and the second to work out a solution to make sure I received the parts on the day I needed them at a more than reasonable shipping rate as I could not wait for the standard ground free shipping in this case.
Let me say that this level of customer service was amazing and surpassed my expectations.
Most online vendors won't even process an order for a day or two, and add another day for a customer service response, never mind all in the same day of the order... crazy.

I was very hesitant to send in my tweeter for a warranty replacement as I figured I'd end up with a hole in my door for weeks while it was being done. Sent it in Wednesday afternoon, and it's on track to be back by next Wednesday. The support staff was amazing and really quick to email. I had to pay about 8 bucks in return shipping costs, but was able to do so through paypal which expedited the process immensely during the weekend. I used to be a die-hard c*********d customer, now I doubt I'll ever visit their site again. This one is consistently cheaper and the service, which is the foundation of the other site, is present hear just as well. Thanks again, SE.
