I just called to verify my order with you guys and was told what i needed to do and since i am a marine currently on a deployment and dont have the means to do all of that the customer service rep helped me out alot and just had it shipped to my original address for my card

I called in to the support center for help in finding a suitable subwoofer to go with my setup. Zach answered and was professional, friendly, and more than willing it seemed to take time out of his day to help me out. We went over several options, and he proved knowledgeable on the pros and cons of each woofer. We eventually found the perfect sub and it was even $30 under my budget. Having worked in retail management for the passed 5 years, I have a high expectation for the level of customer service that should be received, and Zach went above and beyond that and it seemed the norm for him. He even gave me his direct business e-mail so I could contact him again for future orders or inquiries. I think he earned himself and Sonic Electronix a life-long customer.

I was also impressed by his supervisor, Ryan, who took time as well to talk to me about Zach's performance. He seemed willing to make sure that Zach's actions were noted and passed on to upper management, which is also a rare thing in retail.

I'll be passing this experience on to anyone I know that's interested in car audio, and recomming that they speak to Zach.
