This morning I ordered the wrong amp. I called about 20 minutes ago to see if I could cancel the order and make a new order. All I did was say my name and problem and it was solved in a matter of minutes. I have only 2 complaints, 1) He said he checked if it was in stock and I am not sure if he said it was or not (it said it was on back order online). 2) I forgot the very friendly and helpful representatives name so I can't properly thank them here! I was ecstatic that my order was changed so I forgot his name. Thank you Sonic, I will be returning and recommending even more than I have in the past.
