I would like to commend Adam G. I bought a JVC HU a few weeks back and the installation kit came with it. When I tried to have it installed locally, the shop told me that I had the wrong kit and that a new kit would cost me over $150. Well I figured I'd do some research on this to make sure. So I tried customer support and Adam agreed that the dash kit & the antenna adapter were wrong, and he informed me the harness I was looking for was for OnStar. The harness that I needed cost $100 less than the one I was told I needed. I will be buying some door speakers soon... and only from Sonic. Thanks Adam G.

Installed an Avital 4103 Keyless Entry and Remote Starter. Learned you need to go to a website which could only be accessed by dealers for the installation information. Sonic's technicians made sure I had this information; installation would not have been possible without their help. Worked as soon as it was installed. Thanks Sonic!
