I was looking for a wiring harness and mounting bracket for an older Cavalier. It required a chime box to be sold with the wiring harness. I called to ask S.E. if there could sell the harness without the
chime box the person didn't care about the chimes.
I was told it would not work without the chime box. After some more talking we negotiated a deal that I could not refuse. I was sold everything I needed, including the antenna adapter, for a reasonable discount. In short they earned my business with courtesy and a willingness to work with me on the price. Customer service defined. Thank you guys again.

Can't say enough good things about Sonic Electronix and NVX!!
I recently received my order and found the LPF dial on my new NVX amp was defected. It worked but there was no low or high stopping point. Being in Canada shipping and the exchange rate are expensive. I was just going to deal with it because i didn't want to pay to ship it back to California and be without an amp for 4+ weeks.
I called NVX just to let them about the defect and my situation, without hesitation Allan and Brian at NVX called Sonic Electronix and Enrique, service supervisor, told me they would send me a new amp, no shipping, duty or exchange rate fees, they are also covering the cost to ship back the defected amp.

Been ordering products for my self and friends since 2008 and will continue ordering from sonic for many more years!
