I ordered a JBL marine amp for my boat (Model 6004) Unfortunately Sonic delivered a different brand ( Model 600.4). When I made them aware of the problem they informed me that they would be receiving a new order of JBL's and could deliver that product, or give me a full refund, or apply my purchase to another unit. I chose to purchase a JL amp (upgrade over the JBL ) since they gave me a break on the price due to their shipping error and my time involved in getting the problem corrected. This is my first purchase from Sonic, but based on their customer care team, I plan on purchasing more items from them in the future.
