I had two simple questions regarding the install of a new Android Auto unit into an older vehicle. When I called, I was shocked that an actual human picked up the phone on the first or second ring. I saw the great reviews and bought one, i have purchased the NVX under seat powered subs and was quite pleased with the performance.
I bounght the amp to replace my 15 year old Rockford fosgate amp. And I was more than surprised with the performance.
Lots of clean power and the amp is the size of an iphone xr.

Wow. I not often impressed with the level of customer service I receive these days, but Sonic Electronix is certainly the exception! I found exactly what I wanted on the web site at a great price. I some how made an error in placing my order, so when it arrived it was missing parts. I called on a late evening weekend and got the message that the place was closed. I did not leave a messge but shortly got an email asking what I need. I explained my situation and the parts were ordered and shipped without any further effort on my part. I also had occasion to speak to technical support while installing and they were also completely professional and helpful. This is how business used to be done. Keep it up folks!
