Had a situation where my package was delivered, once open noticed that it was damaged. Called spoke with Tyler, he listen to me explain the situation and took care of the manner. Hopefully I won’t encounter any more problems in the future with any other orders but if it was to happen I would hope that it was Tyler that answered on the other end.
I ordered a JVC stereo on July 5th 2020. I didn`t expect a normal delivery time due to the virus situation. Four days later it is sitting on my porch! WOW!!! I also had a couple of questions regarding the installation. Took a few minutes to get through(understandable) and I reached Cory. Great knowledge of the product and also where to get info needed. Very nice person.
I will use Sonic anytime I need electronics.

I want to say I made my first order today and I am very please oh how well the process went. I spoke with the sales person named Dustin. He was able to provide me with each model number of items I needed for a proper install to my factory wiring for my vehicle. I was able to view everything on the website so I could print out a screen shot for my records. He did not try to up-sale me on things I didn't need. I knew about this site before but never used them. I am here to say that this company is better than Crutchfield. They have a lot more to choose from and the prices are more reasonable as well. Give them a try, you will be happy.
When I decided to replace my outdated factory stereo in my 2009 Mercedez ML350, I scoured the internet looking for the best deal but also a reputable company and everything pointed to Sonic Electronics. It was easy to order from them online and when I did have questions, although a little long on the hold times (due to covid-19) the guys were very knowlegable and great to work with and when I went to make a return on several things I didn't need, Sarah, in returns was awesome.
