have owned this amp for about 7 months never over heats great clean sound came in at 686 rms good footprint installed on a my 2005 f150 crew with factory sub box @4 ohms with rockford fosgate shallow 8 p3" , i had bought the infinity Kapa but came in doa and decided to go to Kicker A/B-D , overall it is a great amp and has been very reliable so far and i push it to the limit 90% of the time rock/heavy metal. Im glad i went with Kicker!
