Really liked product, but wasn't compatible with 2016 Jeep Compass
This product worked as advertised, but as soon as it was installed, it would cause the battery to drain to where it had to be jumped if it sat for two or more days. I really wanted this unit, and tried disconnecting every power source to isolate the power drain, but was only successful when removing the entire unit. I reinstalled the factory unit, and no more power drain. This is the reason I returned the unit and noted it wasn't compatible with my vehicle. Unless this unit is purchased with the specific wiring harness and the steering wheel control unit, you may as well be happy with the factory unit, and add a separate backup camera and monitor, which is what I plan to do. Returning a product through Sonic's return plan really works well. I felt Sonic was fair, and as stated in their policies.
